We've introduced a new AI filter called "Qualified" to enhance your lead insights. This report now includes only leads that meet qualification criteria as determined by AI.

Please note: Scheduled estimates are still included. To exclude them, consider using the "Call Result" filter for more targeted reporting.

5 *NEW* Referral Leads: We're utilizing the "Out of Range" and "Out of Service" filters to generate a report highlighting leads that are "referrable." This report can support multiple use cases.

Our customers using our partner in referral services, Baton, can use this to confirm that leads are properly being referred.

Our customers can review potential lead referrals to either engage with Baton or explore adding more services and/or expanding routes.

6 Negative Sentiment Alerts: A new option has been added to apply the “Resolved” AI filter, allowing you to exclude negative calls that were ultimately resolved. Moving forward, we’ll automatically configure alerts for calls flagged as “Disagreeable” or “Very Disagreeable” only if they remain unresolved.
